JSkyway About/Contact Courses Resource Center Working With Us Press Room

Founding Principles
JSkyway was created in 1999 as a bold and creative response to the challenge of enhancing the quality of Jewish day school education and professional leadership. Seeking to unite the many experiences and talents of Jewish educators, the Nash Family Foundation, Jewish Family & Life! and Jewish Education Service of North America, Inc. (JESNA) joined together to facilitate this new approach to professional development.

Program
JSkyway delivers a suite of professional development tools that uses a proven technology tested over a two year pilot. The program spans learning styles; partners with best-in-class organizations, providers, experts and funders; and is directed by market-based decisions focusing on all aspects of product and service development and delivery.

Expertise
JSkyway is privileged to have some of the finest professionals in the field of Jewish education serving as its founding advisors and master teachers. These advisors and master teachers have helped develop the curricula, suggested content providers, assessed the ongoing classes, and participated in multi-point evaluations. Leading educators such as Rabbi Chaim Feuerman, Professor Michael Zeldin, Rebbetzin Sora Bulka, Rabbi Jack Bieler, Cheryl Finkel, Jeffrey Lieberman, and Rabbi Joshua Elkin are among our esteemed advisors.
